The impression will be sent to our cutting-edge laboratory, where our lab technicians will fabricate your final inlay. Inlays are made from ceramic materials because of their unmatched aesthetics. Ceramics possess the same light-scattering properties as natural enamel. They can also be color-matched to your enamel, making them virtually indistinguishable from the rest of your tooth.

Once your permanent inlay arrives, we can schedule your second appointment. During this appointment, we will remove the temporary inlay and check the margins of your new restoration. We may need to make minor adjustments to ensure the perfect fit. After we ensure a proper fit, the inlay will be permanently bonded to the tooth using a special cement and curing light.
