Replace Your Missing Teeth with the Number One Solution

"I Got Married Thanks To My Smile!"

Transforming Smiles with Lasting Dental Implants
The thought of losing your teeth can be incredibly disheartening. Missing teeth make it hard to eat comfortably, speak clearly, or feel confident in your smile. At Beyond Dental & Implant Center, we’re committed to helping you enjoy the comfort and self-esteem that come with a complete smile of beautiful, functional teeth.
Dental implants are the ideal option for replacing missing teeth. They consist of three parts: a small titanium post that acts like a natural tooth root, a lifelike crown or other restoration that looks and feels like a natural tooth, and an abutment that connects the restoration to the post for stability that will last decades.
Let us help you enjoy renewed confidence and quality of life with affordable dental implants in Dallas, TX!

Versatile Options for Rebuilding Your Smile

Single
Implants
If you’re missing one tooth or individual teeth in separate areas of the mouth, a single dental implant is the closest thing to having a healthy natural tooth again. Because a dental implant doesn’t require working on neighboring teeth, it’s a conservative option for protecting your overall dental health.

Dental
Bridges
We can replace several missing teeth in a row with a single restoration crafted to look like individual teeth. A dental bridge can be anchored to dental implant posts, providing full strength and stability with a minimally invasive approach that is more predictable and affordable than placing several implant posts in one area.

Implant-Supported
Dentures
This is a versatile option for replacing all the teeth in an arch with a removable prosthesis that snaps firmly into place on several strategically placed dental implants. An implant-supported denture has better strength and function than a traditional denture, improving your ability to eat a wider variety of foods.

All-on-X Full Mouth Dental Implants
All-on-X full mouth dental implants are an innovative solution for patients needing a full set of new teeth. They use a fixed prosthesis supported by as few as four to six implants. This approach offers a stable, natural-looking result that restores both function and aesthetics, allowing patients to chew, speak, and smile confidently. With its streamlined design, the All-on-X system can often be completed in one day, providing a fast, efficient alternative to traditional dentures.

Zygomatic
Implants
Zygomatic implants are specialized dental implants designed for patients with severe bone loss in the upper jaw, where traditional implants may not be feasible. Instead of anchoring in the jawbone, these longer implants are secured in the dense zygomatic (cheek) bone, providing a stable foundation for a full arch prosthesis. This advanced technique allows patients with minimal bone structure to regain a functional smile without requiring extensive bone grafting.

Pterygoid
Implants
Like zygomatic dental implants, pterygoid implants use an alternative site to anchor implant posts toward the back of the top arch. This is an excellent option for people without sufficient bone volume to support implant posts or who would rather avoid a sinus lift to create the necessary support for implant-supported dentures or full mouth dental implants.
Our Dental Implant Process
Your journey starts with a comprehensive consultation, during which Dr. Cory Nguyen and our team learn about your specific needs and goals for your smile. We will use advanced imaging to assess your bone structure, ensuring dental implants are the right solution for you.
We’ll develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your unique situation. This is also the time to ask questions and discuss your dental implant cost so you can make a fully informed decision about the right approach for your budget and lifestyle. Our goal is to make sure you’re comfortable and confident moving forward.
On the day of your procedure, we will carefully place each implant post in a single visit. We prioritize comfort and safety throughout every procedure and offer several sedation options to help you relax. We will make a small incision in the gums to access the underlying bone and place your implant posts or place your implants directly into the socket after extracting an unsalvageable tooth.
We will also place temporary teeth the next day, allowing you to leave the office refreshed and with a fully restored smile. These temporary teeth let you eat, speak, and smile with confidence right away. This step provides immediate function while your implants heal and fuse with the jawbone.
About a week after your procedure, we’ll have a follow-up appointment to check your healing progress and ensure everything feels comfortable. This visit allows Dr. Nguyen to make minor adjustments to your temporary teeth if needed.
We will guide you on best practices for caring for your new implants and temporary restorations. We’re here to answer questions and support you as you get used to your new smile. Follow-up care is important in ensuring long-term success for dental implants.
Over the next several months, the implants will naturally fuse with your jawbone during osseointegration, which provides a secure foundation for your teeth. Once healing is complete, we’ll attach your final, custom-made teeth, giving you a fully restored, beautiful smile.
These final restorations are designed to look and feel like natural teeth, allowing you to chew, speak, and smile with confidence. We will ensure everything fits comfortably and functions well so you can enjoy your results. With proper care, your dental implants can last for many years, providing a lifetime of confidence and comfort.
